The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is served by most major US Air Carriers.
The Airport is approximately a 20 minute drive ($30 taxi ride) from the meeting at the conference hotel. San Antonio typically has low rental car rates for those interested in traveling outside San Antonio. The conference hotel, however, is located in the center of downtown San Antonio and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, museums, and other entertainment venues.
